What is the Kahoy Warranty policy?

Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt, without receipt no refund will be honored. No refunds on Rx lenses. Need to ship frames back to our mailing address on our contact page, and other shipping costs may apply. We will also repair your Kahoys within 6 months of purchase with proof of receipt, please refer below for details.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 6 weeks.

 

Can you put prescriptions on these glasses?

We can fill your Rx and we offer top-of the line lenses at competitive prices. We only use trivex material in our lenses. Trivex is more lightweight, thinner and impact resistant than polycarbonate lenses. Trixex is more superior to to polycarbonate, because it has a much higher Abbe value of 45, making it optically superior, because the eye has an Abbe value of around 45-50, making Trivex material perfectly matched to the eye. Our lens features include: Single vision trivex material w/ anti-reflective coating, scratch resistant & 100% UVA/UVB protection. We can also make Rx sunglasses that include: Single Vision, trivex lens, sunglasses gray or brown gradient. We can also add polarized lenses to any frame, and transition lenses as well. We unfortunately cannot process bifocals. Ordering lenses is a 4-step process: 1) Pay for frame online (We can make a sunglass frame and also a regular frame into Rx glasses) 2) Email Rx including (PD) Pupillary Distance on Rx to : yourRxfilled@kahoykollection.com 3) We will price out your Rx and verify if we can process them. 4) Send payment via paypal and then it will take 7-10 business days for it be finished and ready to mail. Or you can email your actual prescription to: yourRxfilled@kahoykollection prior to paying for the frames to verify if we can fill the Rx or not. Either way, our frames and lenses will be very competitively priced and lower than what you usually pay.

 

What if my Kahoys break, can they be repaired?

We have a new Kahoy repair center. Within 30 days and proof of purchase we will repair a broken pair for free if you mail it back to our mailing address: 3553 Atlantic Ave. #240 Long Beach, CA 90807. After 30 days and within 6 months of purchase, we can repair it if it is broken for a charge of $25, that includes shipping and handling. You need to mail back to us prior to getting a repaired pair and send money via paypal to: info@kahoykollection.com

Please put a note with your address inside the box. No checks accepted. Will repair based on availability of stock. Will repair for the same exact style if in stock or if not in stock, will provide a different color of same style, but if style is not at all stock we cannot repair. Please email info@kahoykollection.com with subject line “repair availability” and attach images with email. 

Takes 7-10 business days to repair and be mailed back to you.
We only repair it ONCE ONLY per pair within a 6 month period from date of purchase

 

What if a screw fell out and that’s all I need?

If a screw was loose and fell out of your Kahoys we will mail you a new screw, and a screwdriver for $5, includes shipping and handling charges. Also any optometrist place can replace a missing screw for $5-10. If you would like us to send you a screw and screwdriver please send $5 via paypal to: info@kahoykollection.com

 

What if I don’t have a paypal account?

If you do not have a paypal account, send us an email to: info@kahoykollection.com with subject line “send invoice for repair” Then we will send an invoice to you and you can pay with any major credit card.

 

What if I don’t see the glasses online that we saw at a show that you were selling at or someone else was wearing?

We produce limited batches of different styles all the time so our customers, and retailers will have a different selection. You can sign up for our email list to be notified of all of our new styles we have coming out.
