All our lenses come with 100% UV protection, anti-glare/anti-reflective (AR) and scratch-resistant coatings at no extra cost. After filling this form out you will receive a quote within 24-48 hours. Once quote is approved, a full payment is required before we process your lenses. Waiting time for your lenses range from 2-3 weeks. Higher eyeglass prescriptions and special orders generally take longer to process. Any delay in sending in your Rx form or pupillary distance measurement to us will delay processing your order.

According to state law it is required for you to upload a current copy (.jpg, word) of your prescription here that is less than one year old. We highly suggest scanning your Rx form with a printer then uploading it in a JPG or PDF format. We can also accept a picture from your phone if it is legible and clear. Warranty Policy:

We offer a 90-day warranty on the frames from date of purchase, that covers manufacturer defects only. Please keep copy of email or text receipt to verify date of purchase and to process warranty. Warranty not valid on accidental damages or abuse. Warranty not valid without receipt.


When processing your repair, if we do not have that frame in stock you would have to choose another frame and you would be responsible for half of the original lens cost.


A lens redo will be granted within 90 days, free of charge, if there is a lab error (known as a Dr. Redo), but that is why we require a valid Rx prescription form within the past year. If lenses or coatings get scratched due to abuse or accidental damage, we cannot replace those lenses and are not liable.


Each lens is made to order (MTO) for each frame, and cannot be swapped to another frame. Replacement parts such as screws or temples can be replaced if it is broken within one year. Screws can be sent for free, but if replacement parts such as temples are requested to be replaced, this is upon availability of parts and can cost $10-25 for replacement and shipping & handling fees.


Due to the nature of our wooden eyewear, they need some special care. Here are some tips to care for your Kahoys to prevent breakage: • Do not leave in direct sunlight in a vehicle. • Do not put in your front pants pocket. • Do not throw in a handbag or purse without a hard case. • Try not to leave resting on your head for long periods of time. • The hinge screws may come loose at times, please tighten them when this happens. Use an eyeglass screwdriver to tighten screws. • Do not sit on glasses or leave close to pets or babies.
Refund Policy: We only take refunds for frames only, these are made to order (MTO) lenses and are non-refundable. We send refunds via venmo or paypal.
